We usually start by asking our Clients if they already have someone within the business that is trained, skilled and knowledgeable in Health & safety and can act as their competent person. If not, you can use an external consultancy like us. It is a legal requirement to have a Competent Health & safety Person, but if you have a simple business, it may be that you can do this yourself. You need to ensure you stay up to date with your legal duties and changes in legislation too though. You can check out our standard Competent Person Packages here

If you do already have a H&S Management in place and are looking for additional support, we can provide this in a number of ways. Whether your requirement is temporary or more permanent we can assist. We can provide documentation, inspections, implementing new procedures, delivering training and preparing you for audits and accreditations too.
