Meet The Team
Director and H&S Consultant
Starting as a Health & Safety Administration Team Manager for an interior fitout company, Hayley progressed into a Health & Safety advisor role working on Aerospace sites around the country, before moving on to the Water Utility sector.
Following these placements, Hayley then migrated into consultancy, to gain experience across many different sectors from high street retailers, to schools, offices, factories and workshops, domestic dwellings and furthering her experience in construction.
Continual development has seen her obtain NEBOSH Construction, The Fire Service College Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management, and as a qualified trainer, the Education and Training Level 3.
Hayley is currently studying towards the Level 6 Health & safety Diploma and is scheduled to undertake both the foundation certificate and certificate in environmental Management and sustainability (IEMA).
Hayley prides herself on ensuring each Client has a service that suits their requirements, with a friendly face to talk to at every step of the way.
Hayley adores dogs, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, weightlifting & country music. Her guilty pleasure is karaoke.
John began a career in transport in the early 1980’s where he held an engineering apprenticeship repairing large passenger buses. From there John’s career extended to that of a management role, MoT testing cars and then working for the Department of Transport as a warrant Goods & Passenger Vehicle examiner.
John then spent the next 15 years dealing with H&S issues at large transport Hub sites, including responsibility for public liability claims, including attendance at County court where necessary, before migrating to the role of Regional Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor.
More recently, John took a role as the H&S manager at a category B men’s prison, where John found himself with the most challenging safety experiences of his whole career to date!
In Johns personal time, he has a passion for anything with 4 wheels and a combustion engine, John loves attending classic car shows, especially interested in cars from the 1970’s and 80’s. John spends his spare time rebuilding a classic 27 feet long American motorhome, in which he plans to tour the UK with his Wife and their German Shepherd dog, Shelby. John also has a keen interest in HF Radio and is looking to soon obtain his Ofcom Amateur Radio licence.
Samantha has aquired her previous Health and Safety Administrator experience at a large parcel sortation hub before taking a change in direction to concentrate on rearing her family. During the next 13 years Samantha has continued to develop her Customer Service skills.
Samantha has now opted to return to her passion and gain a greater knowledge of Health and Safety Administration at Chameleon.
In Samantha's personal time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, going to the gym and watching crime thrillers.
