However long or short the journey together, it's a partnership, a mutual sharing of information and improvement. It really strikes a chord with us when a prospective client enquires and you can hear the sheer despair in their voice from feeling unsure, worried, or frustrated. Hayley Tollervey
Mark Grubb
Managing Director and H&S Consultant
Starting as a Health & Safety Administration Team Manager for an interior fitout company, Hayley progressed into a Health & Safety advisor role working on Aerospace sites around the country, before moving on to the Water Utility sector.
Following these placements, Hayley then migrated into consultancy, to gain experience across many different sectors from high street retailers, to schools, offices, factories and workshops, domestic dwellings and furthering her experience in construction.
Continual development has seen her obtain NEBOSH Construction, The Fire Service College Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Management, and as a qualified trainer, the Education and Training Level 3.
Hayley has recently accomplished the Level 6 Health & Safety Diploma, as well as attained certifications in both the Foundation Certificate and the Certificate in Environmental Management and Sustainability (IEMA).
Hayley prides herself on ensuring each Client has a service that suits their requirements, with a friendly face to talk to at every step of the way.
Hayley adores dogs, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, weightlifting & country music. Her guilty pleasure is karaoke.
Director and Senior H&S Consultant
Mark started his working career in the automotive manufacturing industry and spent nearly 2 decades working in multiple disciplines, working as a paint sprayer before moving to warehousing and logistics.
A complete career change choice saw Mark move sectors and embark on a career in the construction industry working for PCE, a specialist subcontractor to first tier companies such as Kier, Willmott Dixon, Galliford Try and many others. This expertise was gained across projects upto £450m.
Gaining NEBOSH and NEBOSH construction, Mark is also a LOLER thorough examiner and an excellent Manager, having mentored and supported many to achieve their best. Marks abilities, extensive experience and expertise led to him becoming Head of Health and Safety in his last role.
Outside work, Mark enjoys Golf, motorcycles and a spot of fly fishing when he gets chance.

Hayley Abbott
H&S Administrator
Hayley has worked as an administrator for 30 years. In this time she has worked in the Public sector and Production industry. Hayley has gained many skills along the way.

When Hayley is not working she spends her time with her grandchildren, going on walks with her chocolate labrador or a cheeky weekend away at the races.
