Advice & Support 

If you have a retained contract from us, your advice and support hours can be built in and spread across your monthly payments. This means you don’t have to worry if you have a question or query and can email or call us when you need.

 

If you don’t have a retained contract, our advice and support is chargeable by the hour. You can purchase these in advance, payable up front, or you can call and pay as you go.

 

Advice & support hours are just this, and are a little different to physical work. If you require us to carry out remote work such as documentation, accreditations etc. please take a look at our other pages.
